Every show starts with the floorplan so it’s fundamental to have an accurate and up to the minute plan for confirmed and potential exhibitors. It is equally important that the floorplan designer understands the venue layout, from electrics access through to visitor facilities and entrances. Our 15 years of industry experience means we have worked across the whole of the UK and can provide you with complete peace of mind.
What We Offer
At Event Specialists we can create, manage and update your show floorplan with each stand sale, and make any amendments that are needed due to changes in stand sizes or alterations required by the venue.
This gives you, the organiser, the confidence that this crucial element of the show is in safe hands up until the first show open day.
We can also conduct a survey of your chosen venue if we don’t already have their floorplan on our database.
