About Us
Prior to starting the business Neil ran labour gangs building exhibitions throughout Europe. The concept of Event Specialists came to him whilst sitting on the steps of the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès having built Cannes Film Festival. He bought his first set of shell scheme from savings and rented a unit at Stoneleigh NAEC in good faith.
Since then the business has expanded year on year by offering a unique blend of services.
For many years Event Specialists has been an unseen provider, successfully building shell scheme and providing labour to some of the UK’s largest exhibition contractors. This has entrenched a culture within the business of agility and resilience. Our scalability has needed to be immense, our skills and planning capability incredibly flexible, and our network trusted and reliable. Part of that culture is down to having a brilliant team and our people are very important to us. This industry has a transient workforce and we are proud that a number of our team have been with us from when the business started.
What We Offer...
We offer a full service solution to the exhibition industry. Our client base is varied, we operate nationally, and we deliver all the standard suite of services that you would expect. Additionally we provide digital event production to enhance exhibition marketing and we have unique relationships with a number of venues.
We understand that, within this sector it can be difficult to verbalise why we are different. During a discussion in a recent meeting this came up in conversation.
