What is Shell Scheme?

A shell scheme is based on a modular system of poles and panels that can be configured to suit exhibition stands or venues of any size. The shell scheme system can be used for temporary walling, screening, room dividers and stands and allows exhibitors to simply turn up and set out their equipment.

What experience do you have?

Our team of experts have over 15 years experience in the industry. We are able to provide an excellent service and can offer expert advice for all your exhibition needs.

Can you provide a one off custom built stand?

One of Event Specialists qualities is that we can adapt to building almost anything in Octanorm. Many exhibitors prefer a personal, custom built stand. We can design a stand that best reflects your company’s needs. From incorporating a raised floor, graphics towers to 4m high, special custom built desks and display cabinets. The list is endless. Please contact our sales team with your requirements to make that stand ‘special’ and ‘personal’.

Can I have a different colour Name Board?

We are able to provide alternative colours for your name board at an additional cost but you will need to check with the Organiser first to make sure they are happy with this

How many letters can I have on my Name board?

We can fit 32 characters on your name board.

I have ‘Space/Site only’, do I still get a name board?

No, we only provide name boards to Shell Scheme stands.

I need electrics for my stand but don’t know what to order

How can I make and order for electrics or stand fitting extras?

You can make an order by completing the order forms that are found in your exhibitor manual. If you do not have a manual please contact us for a form.

The electrical item/Stand fitting option I require is not on the form

What are your terms and conditions?

How can I fix items to the shell Scheme?

Please see our Do’s and Don’ts page for items that can and can’t be used. We carry all the latest attachments for Octanorm to help with your exhibiting needs. Please contact our expert team in plenty of time before the show if you have heavy items.
If you need help whilst building your stand to affix your exhibits, please see the Service desk and one of our expert Stand Fitters will be pleased to help.

Can I have the fascia and grid taken from my stand?

Yes, we can provide a stand without fascia or grid. Please contact the office by email or phone before the show to make this request.

How can I pay for the Electrics/Stand Fitting extras/Furniture?

• BACS
• We accept most Debit and Credit cards. Please note that Credit cards incur a 2.5% charge. We do not accept Amex, Diners Club or American Express
• Cheque – Please make cheques payable to ‘Event Specialists Ltd’
To make sure that your items are fitted or delivered, all payments must clear before the build up of the show.

The discounted deadline date has passed; can I still request the discounted rate?

We will not apply the discounted rate after the deadline date; there are no exceptions to this rule.

What is included with my Shell Scheme stand?

Each event is unique to the Organisers requirements. Please see your exhibitor manual for details or contact the Organisers of the show for more information.
